Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Associate Business Manager to assist the Business Manager in achieving mutual goals with assigned clients. You will support downstream execution tracking, promotions planning, and liaison with Marketing to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

You will track metrics, develop presentations, and collaborate across departments to exceed client expectations and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of marketing, sales, or sales support experience.
• Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Managers by handling downstream execution tracking and acting as liaison with Marketing.
• Track metrics, plan promotions, and analyze post-promotion performance for key clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations for key and smaller clients under the direction of the Business Manager.
• Provide strategic client communications and collaborate with multiple departments to meet client needs.
• Assist in promotion planning, execution tracking, and post-promotion analysis for smaller clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and help implement business strategies across departments.
