NFP is seeking an Account Manager for its P&C Private Client Group in Minneapolis to service affluent client accounts, manage renewals and prepare materials for presentations with Advisors and Executives. You will nurture client relationships and coordinate with carriers, supporting the Account Management Team as needed.

The role requires day-to-day client servicing, strong communication, and independence, with a hybrid schedule in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of Personal Lines client service experience.
• Experience with an insurance brokerage or independent agency.
• Familiar with major carriers (Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, AutoOwners).
• Fluency with EPIC or similar agency management system.
• P&C Insurance License required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with carrier and client contacts; participate in meetings.
• Prepare renewal materials and send RFPs to insurers; draft renewal presentations.
• Review proposals and source docs with the Account Executive/Advisor.
• Communicate with clients and carriers with approvals as needed.
• Create and maintain client documents; manage policy records.
• Answer billing questions from clients and insurers.
