Job summary

The University of Virginia seeks a Clery Act and Youth Protection Compliance Analyst to lead enterprise systems and processes supporting institution-wide compliance and youth protection across UVA grounds. The role includes GIS mapping, data analysis, and training delivery for diverse university stakeholders.

This position emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments to translate regulatory requirements into sustainable solutions, reducing risk and ensuring regulatory alignment across UVA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years Clery Act experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum two years in higher education compliance, youth protection, or Clery Act-related fields; five years preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and management of Clery and Youth Protection systems (Ideal Logic/Youth Protection Portal, Veoci, GIS).
• Provide technical assistance and respond to system user questions.
• Address child abuse/neglect reports and emergent incidents.
• Deliver trainings and guidance on UVA Youth Protection and Clery compliance.
