Montgomery College in Rockville seeks a Full-Time Public Safety Compliance Specialist. The role leads Clery Act compliance, Youth Protection, and the DAAPP, with an emphasis on training, policy development, and committee collaboration.

The position is exempt, non-bargaining, grade 31, with telework eligibility two days per week. Responsibilities include data collection, reporting, records management, maps/geo classifications, CSA program coordination, annual security report, and emergency

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Public Safety, Emergency Management, Education, or related field.
• Three years of experience in public safety including Clery Act compliance, Title IX, youth protection program administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Three years experience developing and delivering training and/or program management.
• Experience managing projects or compliance initiatives.
• Ability to travel between campuses and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Clery Act Compliance: coordinate policies, procedures and practices for federal compliance.
• Clery Data collection, reporting, and records management.
• Maintain Clery geography, mapping, and annual compliance review.
• CSA program coordination and mandatory training development.
• ASR preparation, publication and distribution.
