Job summary

The University of Virginia seeks a Clery Act and Youth Protection Compliance Analyst to lead university-wide compliance initiatives and protect youth participants across Grounds.

You will administer and enhance systems such as Ideal Logic/Youth Protection Portal, Veoci, and GIS mapping; analyze incident data; and develop training resources for stakeholders across UVA campuses. Strong collaboration and strategic problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years Clery Act experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of organizational compliance experience in higher education or youth protection; 5 years preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply procedures in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of Clery and Youth Protection systems and processes.
• Provide technical assistance and respond to user inquiries about system functionality.
• Analyze incident reports and system data to identify trends and needs.
• Deliver trainings and guidance to diverse university and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate to improve infrastructure across campuses and health systems.
