Qualifications

• Three years of work experience, or a Bachelor's degree, or two years' work plus an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage for claims and liability (who’s at fault).
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather details.
• Collaborate with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims.
