You'll learn to determine coverage and liability, interview claimants, partner with appraisers, and negotiate with carriers to resolve claims.

The program includes comprehensive training on property damage, insurance contracts, and continuous coaching, with the option to work in-office or remotely after training based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience or a Bachelor’s degree or two years work experience with an associate degree are acceptable qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
