Post-training schedules vary, with in-office and remote options. Starting salary during training is hourly, transitioning to $64,500–$69,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience or a Bachelor's degree or two years of work experience with an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claim
