Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of work experience with an associate degree, or 3 years of work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interview customers and manage claims processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role with in-office and remote days.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and liability.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Coordinate with appraisers/estimators for vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other carriers to resolve claims.
