You’ll work with experienced teammates and receive ongoing training to build your skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule with collaboration days and in-person events within 50 miles of a West Bend office; base locations include West Bend, Madison, or Appleton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of claims, customer service, or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid computer and technology skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Investigate claims, determine coverage, evaluate payments, and maintain accurate claim files
• Work closely with experienced team members and receive ongoing training and support as you develop your skills
