Progressive in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring for a claims adjuster trainee in a hybrid role. You will train in-office part of the week and work remotely the rest, with coaching and support to handle a full case load of claims over time.

The position starts with training and a salary of $54,000–$57,500 per year after completion, plus Gainshare incentives. Benefits include 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, wellness programs, and more.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree OR
• Two years work experience and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claim
