West Bend Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Professional to review, analyze, and investigate P&C insurance claims to determine validity and fair settlements. This role involves examining policy coverage, gathering evidence, interviewing claimants, and identifying potential fraud or inconsistencies.

You will handle a mix of auto, GL/PD, and other Personal and Commercial Lines claims, with emphasis on customer service, accurate reserving, and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Associate in General Insurance and/or Associate in Claims designation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys.
• Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain audit compliance.
