The role emphasizes a strong customer focus, collaboration with internal teams, and adaptation to evolving technology, systems, and workflows. This hybrid position can be based in West Bend or Madison, with a 50-mile collaboration window for in-person events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of insurance related experience.
• Knowledge of personal computers.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply underwriting guidelines and procedures to support service level standards.
• Review and clear accounts for new customers and process policy change requests that do not require underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy service.
• Maintain a strong customer service orientation in all tasks and communications.
• Adapt to and support ongoing changes in technology, systems, and workflows.
