Job summary

Amwins is seeking an Aggregate Specialist to drive end-to-end aggregate claim processing for Self-Funded clients, collaborating with Third-Party Administrators. The role is in-office with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week after training, offering a hybrid schedule and a path to growth.

This position emphasizes learning the Amwins Self-Funded business model, mastering related products, and delivering accurate aggregate reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process aggregate claim activities across accounts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the aggregate claim process.
• Manage administrative tasks for aggregate stop-loss claims.
• Prepare and review monthly aggregate reports.
• Coordinate communications with carriers and third-party admins.
• Adapt to additional duties and projects as assigned.
