Job summary

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Stealth’s business model under the guidance of the Claims Manager and Lead Claims Auditor.
• Communicate accurately and timely with carriers, administrators, clients, and brokers using approved letters and emails.
• Manage monthly claim reports for the assigned book of business and ensure proper forwarding to carriers.
• Review reimbursement requests for completeness and request missing information when needed.
• Obtain approval on eligibility documentation when time-off exceeds 12 weeks before submitting a claim.
