Ideal candidates have 6+ years WC claims experience (including complex or litigated files) and a bachelor's degree in business,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in WC claims with exposure to complex or litigated files.
• Supervisory experience in WC preferred.
• Experience with vendor-managed claims is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review high-exposure WC claims managed by TPA for compliance.
• Identify reserve adequacy and settlement positioning.
• Coordinate with TPA and internal staff on processing and resolution.
• Provide timely feedback on claim handling performance and risks.
• Support file audits or performance reviews of TPA.
• Communicate WC trends to underwriters and leadership.
• Ensure regulatory requirements impacting WC strategy are observed.
• Assist special projects related to TPA and data review.
