Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Claims Support schedule to ensure call service levels and high customer satisfaction.
• Index documents accurately and meet monthly goals for volume and quality.
• Prepare reports and letters, submitting them on time per jurisdictional requirements.
• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to clients and internal customers.
• Process mail, EOBs, and underwriting communications as needed.
• Assist with data entry and claim file management under supervision.
