Job summary

A national insurance firm is seeking a mid-senior Claims Business Analyst responsible for developing business requirements for claims systems. You'll collaborate with various business units, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and ensure the efficiency of claims management processes. Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years in property and casualty insurance claims.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC/PMLC processes.
• Proven hands-on experience with business process diagrams and technical specifications.
