Job summary

Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Claims Adjuster Associate to support the claims department across the full lifecycle. You will assist adjusters, handle inquiries, gather information, and help process claims accurately and efficiently.

The role is hybrid with two days in office; the ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 1 year in insurance, claims, or customer service, plus proficiency in MS Office and claims management software.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in insurance, claims, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders regarding claim status and bills.
• Gather missing or incomplete information to support accurate claim processing.
• Assist with documentation and preparation of state filings and closing documents for adjusters.
