Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions in Canton, MA is seeking a Claim Assistant for our Specialty Claims Operations team on a hybrid schedule. You will provide general administrative, data entry, and customer service support to the Claims department, including initial file setups for new claims.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 0–3 years of experience. The starting base salary is $50,000, with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits

• High school diploma with demonstrated experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort in navigating multiple systems preferred.
• 0-3 Years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes data entry and initial file setup for new claims.
• Prepares and processes claim and expense payments.
• Handles various administrative tasks.
• Interacts with customers to obtain loss information as well as respond to customer inquiries.
