OMS National Insurance Co. seeks an Associate Claims Analyst to handle post-incident communications and claim evaluations, with a focus on pre-litigation claims. You will investigate coverage, liability, and damages while maintaining timely documentation and professional communication with insureds, claimants, and attorneys.

Responsibilities include preparing case summaries, setting reserves, and assisting with settlement negotiations in a collaborative, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in the legal, insurance, medical, or claims management field.
• Working knowledge of medical records and MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims including coverage, liability, causation, and damages.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, and attorneys about claim status.
• Document claim files timely and accurately.
• Review medical and dental records to evaluate claims.
• Prepare case summaries and present to committee.
• Set indemnity and expense reserves; assist settlement negotiations.
