During training, compensation is “hourly based on annual salary,” and after training, the salary range is $54,000–$57,500 per year with potential gainshare incentives up to 16% of eligible earnings.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience OR
• Bachelore29s degree OR
• Two years work experience and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (whoe29s at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
