Qualifications

• Must-have qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of work experience OR two years plus an associate degree are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage for claims.
• Determine liability for damages.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurers to resolve claims.
