You’ll receive extensive coaching on property damage and insurance contracts, work closely with a collaborative team, and operate in a hybrid schedule for 12 months before in-office meetings and trainings shift as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years work experience and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
