Qualifications

• Three years of work experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree OR
• Two years work experience and an associate degree
• Residence within 30 miles of Warwick, RI office
• Hybrid work schedule and learning claims processes

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
