Job summary

Fuss & O'Neill is seeking an experienced Site Development Project Manager to join our Civil team. This role leads site/civil design from scoping through permitting and construction, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills.
• Project management experience including contracts, QA/QC, scheduling, and staff oversight.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with local and state permitting requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site/civil engineering projects from initial scoping through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Develop project scopes, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor engineering staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with municipal staff and attend Town/City public meetings.
• Prepare and review site designs including layout, grading, utilities, erosion & sediment control, and site details.
