Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. in Charleston, SC seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead complex redevelopment and infrastructure projects. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client communications to deliver on time and within budget.

With 8+ years of civil experience and a PE preferred, you will coordinate with internal teams, drive business development, and ensure high-quality design and documentation. The role supports a hybrid work model and professional growth within Bowman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; PE license preferred.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience with at least 3 years in assistant PM.
• Land development, residential and commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of municipal codes and development processes.
• Ability to write reports and develop submittal documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex project development, finalize scope, budgets, and estimates.
• Manage day-to-day project work across multiple projects to meet time and budget milestones.
• Prepare designs, specifications, plans, and cost reports.
• Review cost sheets and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Maintain client relationships and drive project profitability.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and design teams.
