Job summary

Bowman Consulting in Charleston, SC is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multiple complex civil engineering projects. You will oversee scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinate with design teams and clients, and drive project profitability.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree with 8+ years’ experience, including at least 3 years in assistant PM roles. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline required.
• Eight+ years of civil engineering experience with at least 3 years in assistant PM roles.
• Land development experience for residential and commercial projects.
• Understanding of municipal codes and regulations.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for civil engineering projects and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and agencies to meet requirements.
• Prepare designs, plans, estimates, and reports for projects.
• Monitor project costs, billings, and WIP to stay within budget.
