The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license (preferred), and strong proficiency in design software and hydrology modelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience including at least 3 years in assistant project management.
• Land development experience (residential and commercial).
• Thorough understanding of municipal codes and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AES, CIVILD, WSPGW, PCSWMM, StormCAD, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS.

Responsibilities

• Perform project development for complex projects, including scope definitions, bid summaries, budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage day-to-day project management on multiple projects to meet time and budget milestones.
• Prepare and direct designs, specifications, plans, estimates and reports.
• Review job cost sheets and prepare monthly billings; ensure projects stay within budget.
• Monitor work-in-process, billings, and outstanding accounts receivable collection efforts.
• Maintain healthy client relationships and coordinate with clients and agencies.
• Liaise with subcontractors and design teams; review project changes and contract factors.
• Assist with marketing presentations and business development efforts.
• Supervise project personnel to ensure high professional standards.
