Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience supporting energy, utility, civil infrastructure, or related projects.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Understanding of risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy-related projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and project docs.
• Monitor performance, identify and resolve risks, issues, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, GIS, design, environmental, permitting, and construction support.
• Ensure deliverables meet Woolpert quality standards and client expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility, energy, and infrastructure clients.
• Lead project status meetings and communicate progress and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Support contract administration, change orders, and scope negotiations.
• Mentor developing project managers, engineers, and staff.
• Promote accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
