Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction in Chicago, IL seeks a Project Manager to lead our Civil Engineering team on multidisciplinary infrastructure programs, including transportation, site development, and water/wastewater projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license, and a strong background in transportation/roadway and site/civil engineering, with proven project leadership and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in transportation/roadway and site/civil engineering.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects involving transportation and utility improvements.
• Manage projects from inception through completion, including scope, schedule, staffing, budget, and client coordination.
• Provide design leadership and oversee technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, subconsultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Support proposals, scopes of work, and business development efforts.
• Assist with construction support, RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
