T&M Associates in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Community Development team. This civil engineering role focuses on municipal projects, delivering on time and within budget while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, nurture client relationships, and mentor junior staff in a hybrid work setting that blends remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience managing municipal capital improvement projects (roads, drainage, water, sewer, parks, and public facilities).
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to municipal engineering and public works construction.
• Solid understanding of stormwater management, permitting processes, and infrastructure asset management practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering/design software.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination skills in a fast-paced project environment.

• Lead and manage community development projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations, schedules, budgets, and corporate performance goals.
