The ideal candidate has a solid Cisco foundation, practical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently within a structured process.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting Cisco routers and switches.
• Strong understanding of IPv4, subnets, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, and link aggregation.
• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, and enterprise WAN concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot Layer 2/3 connectivity issues with structured approach.
• Familiarity with wireless, firewall, and network segmentation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, test, and support Cisco routers, switches, wireless APs, and related network infrastructure.
• Deploy and support Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN solutions and WAN edge devices.
• Support WAN modernization across SD-WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, internet, or cellular services.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, WAN, firewall, and L2/L3 issues.
• Prepare engineering packages, diagrams, and documentation.
