Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, connectivity operations, or enterprise infrastructure support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN, office networking, and wireless environments.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, WAN technologies, VPNs, and firewall administration.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues across multiple domains and dependencies.
• Familiarity with change management, incident management, and operational governance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents across routing, switching, VPN, wireless, and firewall policies.
• Implement approved changes to switches, routers, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and cloud network components.
• Support connectivity between office environments, private cloud, datacenters, and public cloud services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and runbooks.
• Provide technical guidance to Connectivity Engineer I team members.
• Participate in on‑call support and operational readiness activities.
