Job summary

Denver Human Services is seeking a skilled Child Support Enforcement Technician II to support the enforcement of child support orders across interstate cases. The role emphasizes client engagement, accurate case management, and effective use of enforcement tools.

You will work in a hybrid environment, interacting with diverse families to improve financial stability and access to services. A high school diploma or GED is required, with several years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in child support enforcement or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in case management.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Complete the early intervention process by interviewing customers and gathering case documentation for ongoing child support case management.
• Manage automated and manual enforcement remedies to ensure proper application and explore resources to assist families.
• Determine applicable enforcement remedies including income assignments, liens, intercepts, license suspensions and more.
• Utilize systems to locate information related to parties to support enforcement of orders.
• Meet with clients to explain services and coordinate stipulations and settlements.
• Assess, plan, monitor, and evaluate cases to improve outcomes for assigned cases.
• Prepare cases for court hearings and draft necessary documents.
