The role supports families by processing referrals, updating records, and coordinating with DHS and legal teams to ensure accurate support orders.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and a solution-oriented approach, with a salary range of $22.53–$33.80 per hour and a target pay of $22.53–$26.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Experience: four years in office support or similar role.
• Customer service background preferred, especially in call centers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a call center to assist Child Support customers.
• Assist customers face-to-face in the Castro Building as needed.
• Collaborate with DHS divisions to meet customer needs.
• Modify medical and financial support orders to reflect current ability.
• Review referrals and determine next steps for obligations.
• Enter and maintain client records in multiple databases.
