Qualifications

• 3+ years in roles serving families, child care providers, or community partners.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders and working across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the local early care and education ecosystem by building relationships with family-facing and social service organizations.
• Serve as a connector across sectors, fostering collaboration among child care programs, schools, and community partners.
• Develop and maintain partnerships that expand access to child care resources and support system coordination.
• Represent CCA at meetings and events to promote services and elevate the role of child care in community well-being.
• Collaborate internally to align outreach, services, and system-building efforts.
