Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in strategy, financial services, or related fields.
• Experience advising senior executives and preparing Board-level materials is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Designs and leads the enterprise strategic planning process and reports to the CEO and Board.
• Maintains alignment among Board, CEO, and executive leadership on priorities and execution.
• Develops business cases and decision frameworks for significant investments and strategic choices.
• Identifies emerging trends and disruptive forces affecting credit unions and reframes strategy accordingly.
• Coordinates across functions to ensure strategic plan execution and effective communication.
