orsa credit union seeks a VP Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic analysis. You will own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning while guiding resource allocation and financial targets.

Collaboration with leadership and ALCO is essential to drive informed decisions. The role emphasizes building forward-looking models, communicating with the executive team, and mentoring the finance team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience with driver-based models.
• Experience in a financial institution, knowledge of balance sheet dynamics, ALM and regulatory capital.

Mansioni

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes end-to-end.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into financial plans and scenarios.
• Provide CFO-level guidance and executive stakeholder storytelling on tradeoffs.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and balance sheet projections.
• Coach and develop the financial analyst and support audits.
