Datavant is seeking a part-time Chart Retrieval Specialist in the Miami metro area. You will visit provider offices to scan or upload medical charts, using EMR systems and company equipment. This role requires driving up to 100 miles daily and maintaining HIPAA compliance while collaborating with a remote team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, reliable internet, and a willingness to train. Hours vary weekly, with a 8:00am–5:00pm time window, Monday through Friday, in your time zone.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a record of quality work.
• Able to communicate with remote supervisors and healthcare providers.
• Experience handling schedules and driving between sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical chart data.
• Retrieve and verify charts across EMR systems.
• Maintain daily updates and time/mileage logs.
• Work with remote team and adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
• Cross-train in multiple departments as needed.
