Virtix Health offers a Site Data Collector – Hybrid role based in Buffalo, NY. You will conduct onsite medical record retrieval at provider offices within a 60‑mile radius and switch to remote EMR retrieval when field activity is low.

The position is part-time, requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and includes a 24+ hour weekly schedule with a Monday–Friday work window. Travel and remote work are integral to delivering client services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Clinical experience preferred in medical support roles.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data security practices.
• Experience with data entry and basic office software.
• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius and work hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite medical record retrieval at provider offices within 60 miles.
• Coordinate with provider offices to schedule and confirm retrievals.
• Document outcomes, retrieved records and follow‑ups in systems.
• Meet productivity and quality targets for field projects.
• Support remote EMR retrieval when field activity is low.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and chart documentation.
