Job summary

Datavant is hiring a Chart Retrieval Specialist for a part‑time, hybrid role in the Miami metro area. You will visit provider offices to scan or upload medical chart records, using EMR systems, with a flexible schedule averaging 20–28 hours per week.

You’ll work independently, maintain HIPAA compliance, log hours and mileage, and participate in a five‑day training program. Mileage reimbursement and per‑chart incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability between 8am-5pm at least three consecutive days per week required.
• Must have a reliable, insured personal vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable internet and a phone to communicate with remote supervisors.
• Proven track record of punctuality, reliability and quality work.

Responsibilities

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical record charts using EMR systems.
• Work 20–28 hours per week with a fluctuating schedule.
• Engage professionally with healthcare providers and maintain communication with remote team.
• Log weekly schedule, hours and mileage in company systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and meet department goals for chart retrieval accuracy.
