Job summary

Arrow Electronics in McLean, VA is seeking a Channel Sales Specialist to drive partner engagement and revenue in IT sales channels, including cybersecurity OEMs and public sector accounts. You will support day-to-day sales activities, grow new business with partners, manage quotes and orders, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in office and 3 days remote, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales channel
• Experience with cybersecurity OEMs in inside or outside sales
• Strong background in public sector sales
• Proven ability to solve problems and improve processes

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts/territory/product.
• Grow and develop new business; proactively engage partners to increase sales.
• Identify, enable and develop high-potential partners; manage quotes and orders.
• Collaborate with Arrow internal resources and vendor teams to meet customer needs.
• Leverage vendor programs and Salesforce for sales duties.
