Mutual Of Enumclaw Insurance Holding Company is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist for a hybrid role based near Seattle. The person will develop and execute channel marketing programs, support the Distribution team, and ensure agents have resources to grow agency partnerships.

The role leads sales enablement resources, including playbooks, presentations, talking points, and competitive materials, aligning messaging with MOE’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business or communications.
• 3–5 years of experience in channel marketing and sales enablement.
• Experience in P&C insurance or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the agent-facing communications calendar: newsletters, updates, rate notices.
• Support launches and territory expansions with go-to-market plans for agents and RSMs.
• Build and maintain the sales playbook for RSMs with plays, one-pagers, guides, decks.
• Assist in planning demand generation programs including co-branded promotions.
• Develop training materials to onboard RSMs and agents.
• Track enablement program effectiveness and impact on agency production.
• Gather feedback to keep materials current and useful in the field.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to create assets; apply AI while maintaining brand voice.
