Job summary

Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Holding Company seeks a strategic Head of Marketing & Member Experience to lead brand, communications, analytics, and distribution enablement. You will own the member journey, drive CX programs, and partner across executive leadership to align strategy with execution.

The role requires 10+ years of marketing leadership, 5+ years in insurance or regulated fields, and strong CRM/analytics experience. This is a senior, on-site position in Washington state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years in insurance or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading brand, communications, distribution/sales enablement, and analytics within a single organization.
• Direct experience owning a customer/member experience function, including voice-of-customer programs and journey mapping.
• Prior people leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own four marketing pillars: brand, communications, distribution/sales enablement, and analytics.
• Lead enterprise brand strategy, positioning, visuals, guidelines, and external relations.
• Oversee internal/external communications, employee engagement, and media readiness.
• Develop sales enablement materials, training, and partner collaboration with distribution.
• Own CRM strategy and data governance to support marketing and distribution goals.
• Define KPIs and measure performance across marketing pillars and member experience.
