Job summary

Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Holding Company is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive profit and growth across assigned states and products. You will design multiyear roadmaps, oversee product development, and coordinate with underwriting, sales, regulatory, and finance to align strategy with execution.

The role emphasizes pricing management, market trends, and proactive updates to forms and coverages. Hybrid/remote work with travel and PST hours are required.

Qualifications

• Very strong analytic and project management capabilities.
• Expert knowledge of P&C insurance products and the filing process.
• Knowledge of predictive/pricing modeling methodology and actuarial principles.
• Knowledge of Underwriting principles, methodology, and general theory.
• Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, VBA, and other programming/data management is a strong plus.
• Translate analysis into coherent presentations and communication.
• Experience in Underwriting and in the creation of new products, forms, and policy language.
• Fully versed in the regulatory and legal review process necessary to support product approval.

Responsibilities

• State Management: Identify, prioritize, and drive profit/growth opportunities.
• Build relationships across UW, Sales, Actuarial, IT, etc.
• Be the go-to expert on assigned lines, strategy, markets, levers, data and execution.
• Oversee state rate filings and regulatory actions.
• Create influential presentations for opportunities and strategic execution.
• Develop analysts and staff.
