Mutual of Enumclaw is hiring a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team in Seattle! Since 1898, MOE has protected the lives and livelihoods of Northwest homeowners, families, farmers, and business owners, and we’ve done it alongside the local independent agents who serve them. In this role, you’ll be the person who makes sure our Distribution team and agency partners have the messaging, materials, and programs they need to tell the MOE story with confidence and grow together.

LOCATION: Seattle, WA (candidates must live within driving distance of our downtown Seattle office and have high-speed internet for possible remote work.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the agent-facing communication calendar, including newsletters, product and appetite updates, and rate and underwriting announcements
• Build and maintain the sales playbook for our Regional Sales Managers: sales plays, product one-pagers, appetite guides, coverage comparisons, objection handling, pitch decks, and talk tracks
• Create go-to-market plans for agents and RSMs that support product launches and territory expansions
• Help plan and manage demand generation programs, including co-branded promotions with agency partners
• Partner with Distribution to develop training materials that onboard RSMs and agents
• Work with Distribution, Product, and Underwriting to keep channel messaging consistent, compelling, and on brand
• Collaborate with external marketing and advertising partners on creative assets
• Track enablement program performance and its impact on agency production
• Gather feedback from agents and internal teams to keep materials current and genuinely useful in the field
• Use AI tools to work faster and smarter while protecting brand voice and quality

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in channel marketing, sales enablement, or a related role
• Familiarity with independent sales or distribution channel models and how to engage agents and partner reps
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and AI tools
• Strong project management skills and a track record of working well across departments
• P&C insurance or financial services experience is a plus, but not required

Hiring Range*: $69,700 - $77,600

Salary Range: $69,700 - $84,700
