Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join the team in East London, South Africa. You will drive organizational transformation by managing the people side of change, ensuring smooth implementation and sustained benefits for client organizations.

The role requires 3–5 years of change management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels of client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management consulting or a dedicated internal change management role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful change management plans.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of change initiatives on organizational culture, processes, and personnel.
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Design and deliver training programs to support employees through periods of change.
• Identify and manage resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure buy-in and alignment on change objectives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change interventions and recommend adjustments as needed.
