Job summary

Atlas Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead capitalization, lender relations, and the integration of acquired restaurants as it scales beyond 150 Jimmy John’s locations. The CFO will own covenant reporting, investor relations, and a unified chart of accounts, while building the finance function for rapid growth.

The role emphasizes capital markets work, debt amendments, budgeting discipline, and a roadmap to future acquisitions and new brands. Immediate start offered.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive finance leadership, with senior roles in multi-unit settings.
• Experience negotiating senior-lender amendments or covenant resets.
• Hands-on involvement in capital raises or recapitalizations.
• Fluency in credit-agreement mechanics and add-backs.
• Experience integrating acquired restaurants onto a common chart of accounts.
• Proven ability to fix period close and reporting controls.
• Multi-state sales tax compliance experience.
• SQL and data tooling experience with modern stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own the senior-lender relationship, covenants, reporting packages and amendments.
• Lead equity process with CEO and capital-markets advisors; manage data room and diligence.
• Oversee investor communications, monthly ledger packages, and covenant testing.
• Lead finance team and outside advisors; ensure accountability and clear ownership of numbers.
• Fix and standardize period close so reports align with ledgers and banks.
