• Drive strategic growth through acquisitions, financing, and real estate strategies.
• Establish robust internal controls and reporting standards.
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership to improve profitability and liquidity.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and long-term growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, capital allocation, and performance reporting.
• Manage enterprise cash, banking relationships, floorplan financing, and real estate debt.
• Evaluate acquisitions, blue-sky valuations, and post-acquisition integration.
• Lead tax and entity-structure strategy, including DealerCo/PropCo arrangements.
• Provide leadership to the Corporate Controller and ensure timely monthly close.
